Summer Kebobs

It’s a perfect evening here. Susan and I decided to grill kebobs, Dominak style. What is Dominak style you ask? Well, Mrs. D. has a recipe for a tasty marinade for the summer kebobs. On the skewers are chicken, zucchini, yellow squash, and green and yellow pepper. Sorry Mrs. D., no mushroom or onion. :-) This was my first attempt at the marinade and at the cooking kebobs, and both turned out really well! Susan and I set up the table on the deck and enjoyed the yummy kebobs, some sweet potato fries, a Mondavi Fume Blanc and the evening air.

Just talked to James, he's headed to the cigar store to pick up a couple of stogies. This is PERFECT cigar weather! (Although, I wish Mark was here to enjoy them with us. Looking forward to cigars on his balcony enjoying the view of the Dallas skyline.)
