Bubba Garcia's

We finished our day with dinner at Bubba Garcia's. This is a fun mexican restaurant here on the island. We've had excellent food and fun every time we've been here for a visit. On this trip my wife talked her father into his first shot -- ever. And a shot of tequila no less. Our waitress was wise and picked a top shelf, 100% agave tequila. Mick survived the shot (with a little help from Anne Marie and Susan) and we all had a lot of fun. We've got a little bit of a sweet tooth now and everyone (except me) is in the kitchen trying to fight through the tequila haze to build a dessert! ;-)
